Saudi Smart Tools does not operate an online account system or its own server for storing your profile, reminder dates, document details or calculation history.

Saudi Smart Tools is not an official Saudi government application and is not affiliated with any ministry, government authority, bank or official institution.
3Information Stored Locally
The app does not require registration, login or an online account. Depending on the version and features used, you may enter:
- Name and optional profile details
- Optional mobile number, job title, company, city or nationality
- Profile photo selected by you
- Document names and expiry dates
- Reminder titles, dates and times
- Calculator inputs, results and calculation history
- Favorite and recently used tools
- Language, currency, theme and notification preferences
- Optional PIN or security settings
This information is stored in local application storage on your Android device. It is not intentionally uploaded to the app developer’s servers or provided to Google AdMob as your profile information.

Denying notification permission does not stop calculators from working, but reminder notifications may not appear.

Internet access may be used for:

- Ad security, measurement and fraud prevention
The app does not intentionally attach your locally saved profile, reminders or calculator history to advertising or currency requests.
6Currency Exchange-Rate Service
The Currency Converter may request exchange-rate information from an external provider. The provider may receive technical network information such as IP address, connection information, request time and selected base currency.
Saudi Smart Tools does not intentionally send your name, profile photo, reminders, document dates or calculator history with a currency-rate request.
7Advertising and Google AdMob
Saudi Smart Tools uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google, to display ads and support app development and maintenance.
The app may display:
- Adaptive banner advertisements
- Interstitial advertisements at suitable app transitions
Ad content and availability may vary by location, device, consent choices and advertising settings.

Saudi Smart Tools may use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display consent or privacy-choice messages where required.

Consent status may be stored on your device and communicated to Google and participating advertising partners so your choices can be respected.

Non-personalized or limited ads may still use contextual information, device data, frequency controls, security signals and approximate location.

11Children’s Privacy
Saudi Smart Tools is a general utility application intended primarily for adults. It is not specifically directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect children’s locally entered profile or reminder information on our own servers.
12Data Selling, Sharing and Disclosure
Saudi Smart Tools does not sell or rent your locally stored profile, reminder, document or calculation-history information.
Technical advertising-related information may be processed by Google AdMob and advertising partners for delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention.
Information may leave your device when you intentionally:

- Install the app only from trusted sources
- Avoid entering unnecessary confidential details in reminder titles
- Do not publicly share sensitive exported files
15Data Retention
Local profile, reminders, settings and calculator history generally remain on your device until you delete them, clear app storage or uninstall the app.
Google and advertising partners determine retention periods for advertising information under their own policies and legal obligations.
16Deleting Your Information
You may delete local information by:
- Deleting reminders or history inside the app
- Removing optional profile details or profile photo
- Using reset or delete-data options
- Clearing app storage in Android Settings
- Uninstalling the application
17Backup and Device Transfer
Saudi Smart Tools does not provide its own cloud account or synchronization service. Android, Google or your device manufacturer may independently offer backup or transfer services.
Files created through manual export features are stored or shared only when you request it.
18Calculator and Information Disclaimer
Results are provided for general convenience and informational purposes only. Salary, overtime, VAT, end-of-service, currency, visa or document calculations may be affected by laws, contracts, fees, deductions, rounding or incorrect inputs.
The presence of an advertisement does not mean Saudi Smart Tools endorses or guarantees the advertised product or service.

- Leave optional profile fields blank
- Create, edit or delete reminders
- Delete local history and favorites
- Disable notifications through Android Settings
- Review or update advertising privacy choices where available
- Manage Google advertising preferences
- Stop using or uninstall the app
Because local app data is not stored on our servers, we generally cannot remotely retrieve, modify or restore it.
20Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect new app features, changes to AdMob or third-party services, legal requirements, security improvements or changes in information processing.
The revised policy will be published on this page and the Last Updated date will change.
